I think they need the plate to begin with the letter "G"...

When I ordered my plate in Québec (OBELISQ) I was required to answer the question is it an EV? Then made my choice. The EV is more turquoise than navy blue.... the regular plates. We can choose whatever we want as long as it is not offensive and is not a commercial name. For instance, I could not have chosen Obélix, which is a cartoon character, but it was not my intention, I really wanted to refer to an Obelisx but in French. Could not write it in full: OBELISQUE since there is a maximum of 7 letters allowed. It is two hundred and something dollars and you have to register it within 4 years to a vehicule. An extra fee of about $40. Is charged annually. Really hope to get my CT before...... if not will have to go on my car. I posted my plate on page 1 or 2 of this thread.

I have the plate EZ2NV in Ontario, but if you'd like to use it elsewhere, ....

So I've been watching my kids ride bikes and toys in the afternoon. As I was watching my son, it dawned on me... I should've chosen this plate. Since technically, it's a Power Wheels for adults!

Bonjour MAJMURPHY, Félicitations pour le nom... Est-ce que la SAAQ permet d'émettre des noms sur une plaque pour une auto qui n'existe pas encore ?

Okay, you guys got me concerned I wouldn't be able to get a good one... CYBRTRK was already taken, darn it. So, this is what I ordered... going to look odd on my F350 for the next couple of years but I don't drive that very often any more. It just takes up space except during fishing season in Nebraska (not ice fishing).

Yes. This is a real plate! I guess you only need a real car for vehicle registration. Just order from the SAAQ web-site.

Nice, can’t you just keep it for the next few years without having to put it on your ICE?
