Cybertruck reservation order number -- how to tell your place in line

If "Tesla Cybertruck" is to be trusted, we're working off two different numbers here. They suggest 112,740,000, which would put me at 99,463 (tri-motor w/FSD) but this thread suggests using 112,744,100, which would put me at 95,363. So not only do I like this thread's suggested outcome better, but for the sake of consistency with the group I'll go with that. Even if the number here is wrong, we'll still have a better idea of where we stand in line with each other.

The number they show looks like it was severely rounded to keep it simple. The 112,744,100 is based on an observed number here, though they XX'd out the final two numbers, so I put in 00, so it is also rounded for simplicity. Just less severely.

Thanks for the intel, looks like we are getting real close to the 500K mark. By my calculations, you only have about 490,389 people ahead of you, looks like all the kinks will be worked out by the time yours arrives.

Administrator Update: As of February 17, 2020, the reservations spreadsheet (reference it below) shows 522k+ Cybertruck reservations!

The last time Elon Musk disclosed Cybertruck reservation figures was on November 26, 2019 when he tweeted that 250k pre-orders had been received. That means approximately 272k orders have been received in the 12 weeks since his last update; compared to the 250k reservations received in the first 5 days of ordering.

The 522,764 pre-orders represents an average of 5,873 orders received per day in the 89 days since (and including) reveal night.

To compare, the Model 3 received around 518,000 total reservations between its unveiling in April 2016 and August 2, 2017 (when Musk disclosed the gross reservation figure on Tesla’s Q2 2017 earnings call).

Half a million reservations in 3 months is incredible. Makes it even funnier the article about Musk not being sure if anyone would buy the Cybertruck

Originally I ordered a single motor (RWD) before the presentation ended on launch day, and this put me at around 35,000 on the list. A few weeks later I switched it to the dual motor (AWD) option, and was pleased to see that my position didn't change on the list.
