If they hike the price of electricity the price of oil will probably be high too.My hope is that once everything goes electric, they don't hike electricity prices on us. At .28 per kwH, is about 1/2 of what I paid for gas, and that got me about 420 miles. T
At least with an EV most will have a viable option of creating there own electricity by solar panels at home or hopefully at work (if they commute). I think there will be a huge leap in access to solar generated electricity at work sites. When the sun is shining, were are most bosses' car and working people's cars but at their work site. This also goes a long way in reducing the amount the grid will need upgrading.
