I agree FSD could appreciate. Not sure such appreciation would outpace depreciation of the vehicle, though.

Time will tell. If true .. the price will go up dramatically or Tesla will not sell to the general public until its own robo-fleet is in place. The reservation does not guarantee anything really.

What's Tesla mean by full self driving? I saw a youtube video from an AI conference held at MIT. Cruise Automation guy explaining how extraordinarily difficult a problem full autonomous (level 5?) driving is. Sounds like that is still years if not decades away.
