I bought a side by side from Kawaski. They gave me a free ball cap.
I bought a backup generator from Briggs and Stratton. They gave me a free ball cap (2 actually).
I bought a car from Tesla. I had to pay $25 for a ball cap.
When I leaned too far into the generator cabinet the fan sucked the Tesla ball cap off my head. I had to pay $25 for a new ball cap (and $1500 for a new fan).

Regarding apparel... I normally wear size medium shirts, jackets etc. but the t-shirt and hoodie need to be returned for large.
