X could be 10 or pronounced "Z", AE is pronounced Ash sometimes, A-10 is the letter O... So Xasho? Pronounced Zashoo? Or maybe Steve like Vassili Montelbon above said...

Remember that the kid has an incredibly strong, radical mother too! just saying... Elon added A-12 she chose X/E.
X may be a gender reference. No doubt the kid will have a nickname.
