If there was a paint with the properties (basically carbon as the heat burns it so) like "Starlite" then heat would not be a problem. Tho I do not know how it would fair in the cold.

I wonder how well a neon lime yellow wrap performs. I really want to wrap it the same color as the yellow corvette.

What about rusting???...........I live in Corpus Christi, TX and the rust down here is horrible.
Not concerned in the slightest. That's why it's made of stainless steel. It's all the other cars that have to worry about rust...

I obtained a piece of 305 stainless steel from McMaster. 6” square for about $6.50. I wanted an answer to my question about if magnetic signs might still work on the CT. The answer is that nope, no ferromagnetic activity at all. Do you think this might be indicative of 30x?
