The system in my Jeep and I’m sure your RAM eco diesel is completely closed. Air is pumped into a pressurized tank to lower and a valve opened to allow the pressurized air back into the suspension to raise. No winter/humidity issues when working as designed.
This has already been solved by adding a remote camera to the back of the trailer. Between that camera’s view and the two side cameras, the driver’s situational awareness is far better than any you can get from the (yes, very) archaic mirrors.
There is still the “light pollution” from video...
At reveal there were two CT’s, but one was just a clay model. The one they hammered and the one they broke the windows on and the one they gave rides in were all the same vehicle. After that vehicle left the stage to get fixed and give rides, the clay model took over.
The one in this thread’s...
Mirrors are archaic. Time to move on. “TV screens” will allow for significantly better low light/dark visibility, for example, and can completely eliminate the blind spot (though I admit that properly adjusted mirrors also eliminate the blind spot, no one seems to know how to adjust mirrors...
Yep. No where in there does it say “it will take us 3-4 years to build existing preorders”. He’s talking about “the demand” for the truck. While that is open to interpretation, I have a hard time believing “the demand” (over 3-4 years) is equal to preorders. It certainly is calculated USING...
But it would be erroneous to think that "preorders" is the only demand in the next 3-4 years. I'm sure he's using preorders to estimate demand over the next 3-4 years, but it's not 100% of demand in the next 4 years. It's very difficult to discern exactly what he meant by his statement. It's...
Yeah, but how is that different than the latest hot electronic device? People pay a premium because they have too much money and too little patience. I suppose it’s possible that reselling for a profit might be possible for a short time. Seems like too much trouble to me.
Wow. Some of you must be REALLY bored waiting for the C (can't call it CT, cuz that would imply two words. But "Cybertruck" is only one word) to arrive.
I have a 2014 JGC with air suspension. My wife has trouble getting in at normal ride height, but when it drops to exit/entry she has no issues. Those 2” or so make a big difference. I’m hoping for The same with the Cybertruck.
