That's changed since the reveal. The pre-order page has since been revised to say that tri-motor will be first to be produced (starting late 2021).

The order page on Tesla site currently says the exact same thing for dual and tri - production expected late 2021. Single in 2022.

But I can find nothing to suggest tri will be first. I expect dual and tri to be basically concurrent.
