This is all scope creep. Based on the original statement it sounded just like the drive to the top of Pikes Peak. Driving up either can be dangerous. There may or may not be inclement weather at the top of either at any time of the year; However, hypoxia is always a possiblilty above 14,000 feet above see level... especially if someone lives at a lower altitude and decides to make a trip to the top of Pikes Peak.It's not like the drive up Pike's Peak. The weather atop Mount Washington is literally the worst in the US.
