If you have access to a Tesla store and you are willing to wait until said store has a demo in house and you are willing to get into what is bound to be, at least initially, a rather long queue, then yes. This assumes that Tesla will sell the CT the same way it has sold its other vehicles. At one time they decided to close all stores and in that, fortunately brief, window the answer would have been no.

Depends on when you plan to buy it. If the rollout is similar to the Model 3 (which it might not be), then don't expect to get a test drive if you plan to purchase within the first six months.

Before I got my Model 3 I used Turo to rent someone else's Model 3 while I was on vacation so I could test drive one and make sure it was for me.

I’m hoping I will see the cybertruck along with other new model Ev’s at the consumer electronics show in Vegas this next January.
I have driven the model X and S driving the CT is not a factor for me as I know it will be stellar.

If you ordered one in January then it is highly likely that there will be one you can test drive before yours is ready. The Model Y just started being produced and they are starting to be available for test drives 2 months later. If you were in the first 50,000 I’d say no but you are probably out around 500,000.

2022, end of first or second quarter, assuming tri-motors are first.

They will be ramping up production, slowly making more and more every week. I'm estimating from the Model 3 production numbers, but they're planning a much higher peak output for the Cybertruck. So it's hard to know.
