All you that like the A-10, none of you can like it more than my ol man. Since he wrote the checks to get it built he knew what it could do before the pilots did. He felt like it was money well-spent from the point of view of what it was supposed to do regarding the tank build-up by the Russians, and how it protected the pilot, and provided support/protection for those on the ground. And he thought that the American Taxpayers were getting a bargain. He still loves a bargain.
