Elon Musk has just announced a September 15 date for a combined Tesla Shareholder Meeting & Battery Day. It will include a tour of cell production system.

In the Q1 earnings call going on right now, Elon just said they're targeting the third week of May to hold Battery Day, either in California or Texas.

Musk tweeted overnight that despite previous comments, Tesla Battery Day will focus on discussing batteries and not powertrain topics. But they'll field some powertrain questions in the Q&A.

I am not going to claim I understand everything in this video however I am really interested in the battery technology that will be available for the CT. What do you think we will hear on battery day?
