Tri-motor, tricked out
Hello from Northern Arizona. I’ve always been a car guy but haven’t jumped on the Tesla wagon yet (but I’d love it if they built a wagon ;-)
I’ve been considering electric cars but needed something that can handle my 170-mile commute to work (several times per month), allow me to explore off-road and get me up the ski hill, and tow my fun car to the racetrack. Extra points if I can sleep in it.
No wonder I haven’t bought an EV yet, but there is a good crop coming and the CT seems to be the best and most affordable so I put in my reservation for a dual-motor with self driving.
Perfect for driving to Young ( Pleasant Valley) for Elk season.

Hi everyone! Joining from Texas. Found this forum from the Administrator of the Rivian Forum. Turns out they're related! Awesome since I ordered both: CT Tri-Motor and the R1T. These trucks will eventually replace my Model 3 Dual motor and my F150 6.5ft bed.

New member here! Ordered a tri-motor. And my son order a dual motor. Our Silverado is 20 years old and we plan on the Cyber replacing it.

Looking forward to commuting via the sun and telling OPEC to kiss off!

Hello new member here. I had been thinking about getting a Tesla as a commuter car and was also looking at getting a 4x4 pickup for winter/hauling when this was launched. Ordered my Dual Motor AWD on Nov 27. Can’t wait!

I live in Switzerland. I ordered the Tri Motor version. I need the range. I own a Tesla Model S (12/13) but I will keep it. I guess I have to wait minimum 3 years. I'll finalize my order only when FSD is available at that time.

Hello everyone,
I’ve had my sights on a Toyota Tundra for a few years until I heard about Tesla building a truck. I placed a reservation on a dual motor version the day after the reveal. I’ve had a few trucks over the years with an ‘84 Toyota being my favorite. I use my vehicles for everything from hauling lawn equipment and kitesurfing gear to hunting and pulling boats and utility trailers. I see lots of Teslas traveling to Jacksonville from where I reside in the Florida panhandle. This has bolstered my enthusiasm for their vehicles. I might have to sell a kidney to make this happen, but I’m all in.

Hi all. I've been contemplating a model S for the last two years, but I really don't need a sedan, over really needed a truck. Now I really don't have to choose! I prepared the tri-motor

I read someplace that Texas has a law against selling to consumers directly. If that's true, then you may need to take possession of it in another State. Don't trust me, but look into it yourself.
Tesla delivered my Model 3 Dual Motor straight to my house in Texas ?
