Here's a peek at alternative Cybertruck wheels In the video where head designer Franz tests throwing a metal ball at the window in a workshop.

Looks like a nice multi-spoke design to me.

Good catch, so that was a different truck that they tested the balls on. Unless they changed the wheels before the reveal.

I like these better.

I think it's the same truck. They just had wheel covers covering these wheels when they drove it out for the reveal.

I think these are different wheels than the one from the reveal. Look at the tire sidewall design from the reveal Cybertruck vs the one on the truck in the workshop studio - they look different.

The ones in the studio are nice but I prefer the ones on the reveal truck. They make the truck look even more futuristic. ?‍?

I posted this on the TMC forum as well but might as well say it here too :)

I think they are the same tire, look at how the tires have bumps molded into the sidewall that match the bumps where the hubcaps go on the reveal truck.

I was replying to the previous post where they pointed out the tire sidewalls and thought the wheels were different because the tire sidewalls looked different ;)

Sorry about the confusion but I hope that helped clarify my perspective on it (y)

That tire is flat. I wonder if those are just tires made for show and the production of the "real" tires is yet to come

It also looks like the fender flares are off the truck?

Looks like it will be similar to the model 3 base wheel setup. Hubcaps on top of spoked wheels.

Definitely look like more of a production wheel. I'd suspect AW or AT series tires and not the mud tires they've got now.

I would hope they have a more simpler and functional tire and rim for the CT. The reveal wheels were a bot over the top.

The reveal wheels that you are referring to were hubcaps and not rims....

I agree. Looks like the same as revealed truck. The wheel looks like it has a positive offset too. I’m changing the wheels with an custom aftermarket set. I wonder what the bolt pattern/measurement is?

We know the max height of the air suspension, what about the lowest and still have drivability?
Some of us still like lowering vehicles for the look, but also interstate long hauls.
