Cali? Really? Do we call Michigan 'Michi' or Massachusetts 'Massi' or Oklahoma 'Oki' (well, maybe), or Louisianna 'Loui'? Only people that don't live in California use that term. Its almost as bad as people that say 'Frisco'. Its like nails on a chalkboard (remember those?).
Ha ha ha! Otis Redding!

I'm with you. When I'm told my CT is ready, I will demand a norminal steering wheel. (Space X fan)

Where's the future come in on this thread.
The round steering wheel is just practical. I tow trailers , jet skis and all kinds of stuff so that’s what works for me. And the future? I’ll be switching from an 04 f150 so I’d say I’m embracing the future pretty well. That truck will be close to 20 years old by the time I get my CT. ????

I can relate. I have a '97 F-150 in the garage, low miles, 130K, the interior is falling apart but it is good for hauling, also my daily driver is a '98 Honda Accord with 510K (highway) and is close to showroom finish inside and out and under the hood. My local mechanic wants the car when I get my CT. BTW I am a retired aircraft mechanic, just a habit I guess. It will be like Fred Flintstone meets the Jetsons my adult son tells me. Looking forward to making space in the garage.

I drive almost always with 1 hand at 12. if they put the weird non complete circle steering wheel I will immediately remove it. I tryd racing with 1, almost crashed because muscle memory.
those partial wheels r fine for cars where u dont have to turn the wheel more than say 90degrees
That said

I live in Lake Havasu City AZ, we get a lot of California visitors and locals from California. A lot of them refer to California as Cali.
Hopefully AZ will get the CT earlier than most of the country due to region.
