No, so that you could quick-charge bikes with the same standard.

Zero, for instance, uses a 100v system. Smaller space, fewer cells, lower weight/certification requirements for voltage.

You could build a V4 supercharger with 50 V input but it would require 350000/50 = 7000 amperes to feed it so no one would dream of doing that. More likely the equipment would be fed with 480 so the current draw would be 350000/480/3 = 243 A (/3 because the feed will be 3ø). If you did feed it with 50 V, however, it wouldn't take any longer to charge it. 350 kW from 50 V is the same as 350 kW from 480V.
