I am waiting for Tesla to reveal the final production version of the Cybertruck with windshield wipers, outside mirrors, steering wheel, etc. I would love to see it revealed on September 22nd, Battery Day.
Wipers are a must, but i hope you arent holding your breath on mirrors!

Will DOT FMVSS 111 change in the next 18 months? It’s a governmental agency so I rather doubt It. I would love to proven wrong however. I would love our Cybertruck‘s to have high definition cameras on the driver and passenger side.

I agree... no side view mirrors... not needed. If fed regulators aren’t ready for getting rid of side view mirror regulations, then I hope musk has removable side view mirror. Click on, click off

" kick ass"!

I interpret to mean CT is not just another one-off flame thrower product by Tesla. "Kick ass" is meme for Cybertruck was proof of concept, now metaphor for major automotive manufacturers that they can get their ass handed to them. Humblebrag aside, CT is the home run every kid dreams hitting on his first at-bat.

Elon simply has the proven track record, intellectual horsepower, wealth beyond measure, technological resources and the means to make dreams come true like none other on the planet; even yours and mine.

Also it's not his first at-bat..." kick ass"!

The latest reported range of the 2020 Mercedes ESprinter is less than 100 miles per charge.

Surely a Tesla Van with a Cybertruck footprint should be able to bEat that Easily and still offer all wheel drive to deal with all road conditions all over thE world.
