These are easily removable hubs for aerodynamic efficiency. Similar to the Model 3, there are actually very attractive alloy wheels underneath.
You can actually see a glimpse of the exposed wheels in this video.
I think they look great and would love to see someone mock up what these will look like on the truck!
While the aero hubs on my M3 looked a lot better in person, and I actually got a lot of compliments on them, I eventually took them off and now rock the dark grey alloy wheels that are underneath.Yes, that's just a wheel cover. I think the CT aero hubs may have a similar effect. Unique and better in person. That said, I think these exposed wheels look great and would love to see someone mock up what these will look like better on the truck!
