Alternative C Pillar Panel Design

Here is a different rendering of the CT with a glass panel behind the C pillar. The person said 38 of the 40 people he showed prefer it. What are your thoughts?

I'd prefer if it was just a large triangular opening instead, so you could reach into the bed. Would mess with the aerodynamics a bit but would maintain some of the true truck bed functionality that it's missing right now.

I'd rather not have outsiders looking at whatever I have in the bed, oh excuse me, vault. So I'd use vinyl graphics to accentuate the triangularity of the upper structure.

I must be one of the 2 people that didnt like it. The C pillar as it is now is what gives it its truck feel. get rid of that and throw a window in there and its just a triangle with wheels.....ok, more than it already is...

I am not a fan of the idea either. I prefer the look of the CT with the metal sail pillar. My guess is 2 of the 40 people planned to buy the CT and 38 would not buy an “ugly” vehicle. I did like relocating the charge flap from directly behind the rear tire.
