Updated 3/19/20 with related news:

Tesla issues press release on closure of Fremont plant due to coronavirus:

March 19, 2020
In the past few days, we have met with local, state, and federal officials. We have followed and are continuing to follow all legal directions and safety guidelines with respect the operations of our facilities, and have honored the federal government’s direction to continue operating. Despite taking all known health precautions, continued operations in certain locations has caused challenges for our employees, their families, and our suppliers.
As such, we have decided to temporarily suspend production at our factory in Fremont, from end of day March 23, which will allow an orderly shutdown. Basic operations will continue in order to support our vehicle and energy service operations and charging infrastructure, as directed by the local, state, and federal authorities. Our factory in New York will temporarily suspend production as well, except for those parts and supplies necessary for service, infrastructure, and critical supply chains. Operations of our others facilities will continue, including Nevada and our service and Supercharging network.
In many locations, we are in the process of implementing ‘touchless deliveries’ so customers can continue to take delivery of their vehicle in a seamless and safe way. Due to the unique over-the-air connectivity of our vehicles, customers are able to unlock their new cars at a delivery parking lot via the Tesla App, sign any remaining relevant paperwork that has been placed in their car, and return that paperwork to an onsite drop-off location prior to leaving. This method provides additional convenience and comfort.
Our cash position at the end of Q4 2019 was $6.3B before our recent $2.3B capital raise. We believe this level of liquidity is sufficient to successfully navigate an extended period of uncertainty. At the end of Q4 2019, we had available credit lines worth approximately $3B including working capital lines for all regions as well as financing for the expansion of our Shanghai factory.

The answer is most likely yes, delivery will be affected.

How much? Cannot begin to guess with affected variables.

Sorry but worrying/wondering about whether or not these trucks are gonna get built on schedule is kinda low on my list of things to wonder/worry about, when it comes to Covid-19. This virus is BAD. It has the ability to infect people from a healthy host. Then it also has a mortality rate that is at a minimum 1 in every 100 people it visits. Think about that! Stay Safe and hunker down.

I'm sure AJDelange will calculate it to a certainty based on Kirchoff's current law in conjunction with an assumption that chickens are spherical.
You forgot to factor in wind resistance in the city of New Delhi on a typical Tuesday back during his childhood in the 1950s.

Folks, The bad news is a CT factory is going to be needed at all. I'm sure Giga Berlin has ground to a halt. The Americans returned home. Giga Shanghai is limping along. Tesla doesn't have e enough cash to self fund it, and the credit markets are crashing. In fact Tesla is badly under capitalized for the coming recession. Delay of Giga Cybertruck may be the least of it's worries...

Since so much paper work has to be done before breaking ground on the plant, I suspect the the virus will have ran it's course before the building of the plant begins in the US.

As far as Giga Berlin, I doubt any of the 60 or so people that returned to America, were to doing physical work, if their input is needed it can be accomplished long distance. Unless workers begin to get ill, then I expect Giga Berlin not be delayed by the virus.

Concerning Giga Berlin, apparently even though Americans have come home the work was still continuing according to a YouTube video I watched recently.

We have Giga Reno, Freemont and Buffalo. How about them cooperating to get it started? Just a notion.

all work prior to factory being built is administrative and can be done from anywhere (people working remotely)... extrapolating backward, for a late 2021 launch, youd need to begin construction about a year ahead of time, or late 2020. We've still got a good 8 months before that timeline would start to get pushed. Maybe they deliver on time, rather than ahead of time like the Y, but I dont think timelines would need to be pushed at this point. Just my 2 cents

I'm with Elon on this. The panic is way worse than the virus. Shutting down everyone to protect the vulnerable is ridiculous. It just a cold, yes a particularly nasty one but there is another way to do this. Quarantine the vulnerable and let everyone else get on with their lives. I know this sounds harsh but in june and july if this drags on it will be the only solution anyway. I'm purely saying this because I want CT now and if a few boomers have to... ?
