The Cyber truck should be (very) capable to join other four wheel drives for off road adventures - I think we can all agree in that.
I order to maintain good communications between vehicles - such as letting the guy behind you know they should stay left while crossing that creek - I am used to having a UHF radio in the car.
So do we think this will be a easy after market addition to the CT, or should I expect to not find a power supply for a UHF and have to rely on a hand held (lower transmit power) unit?
I know there is a 12V battery in S/X/3s, but is this usable for accessories?
Hopefully the answer is a simple Yes.

I like the idea of a antenna extending our off grid communication capability. Almost like a resurgence of CB or perhaps a Starlink comm line.

I think you will be able to install a radio transceiver but I don't think Tesla is going to go out of their way to make it easy for you. Yes, the current Tesla cars have 12 V batteries but they are small relative to those found in ICE cars. They are reasonably accessible. Installation of an antenna would be a bit of a challenge. Not sure if mag mounts will work because don't know if 30X stainless is magnetic. Etc.

Yes the antenna is another point.
30X is an austenitic stainless steel designation and these are non-magnetic.

Could just weld a mount to the skin...
But I would probably go with a bumper mount or using the options in the bed/vault to mount an antenna.

Agreed. Antenna install will be difficult and I am afraid that one must drill into the exo-skeleton. I am planning to install a Icom AH-2B (7Mhz-50Mhz) , I believe they have a trailer hitch attachment.

This has been discussed before, but 304 stainless is at least a bit magnetic.
