The Original Cybertruck, from the pics, probably had a carbon fiber composite body.

Since the CT is SS with Armor Glass ready for the Apocalypse vehicle the next truck Tesla makes will be a much lighter truck made with carbon fiber composites and metal.

Tesla will make the truck with the same, or close to it, body materials as the Tesla Semi.

Tesla hasn't really elaborated on what the body of the Semi will be made of but knowing Tesla they will come up with their own composites.

The 2020 C8 Corvette has a CRFP curved pultruded bumper beam and weighs 1.3 kilograms and features a bonded/bolted tow-hook eye capable of 25 kilonewtons of pull-out force. The curved shape was made possible thanks to a novel process called radius pultrusion developed by a firm in Germany.

CCS pultrusions offer 75% less mass than steel and 30% less than aluminum at an economic price.

Just like the EV battery cost needs to come down for carbon fiber composites. But the weight savings will be astounding and this will increase the range.
