Lots of good news in here along with the bad. Elon tweeted to confirm the shutdown. Tesla is agile, they always use these to move big things around.

Rob speculates this connects to the weather shutting down chip fab in Texas, and the sudden dropping of the less profitable standard range Y again. He's usually right, and is pretty good at finding the evidence for his speculation.
