Won't the tailgate open level/flat in order to carry 8' plywood/sheetrock?

It was my wishful thinking — sorry for the confusion

How Big Is The Interior/Truck Actually?

Rear seats (hopefully) will fold down and fold up (similar to an F-150 SuperCrew...)

    DOT numbers required. Best way?

Homestead -- does your state (MA) require a CDL when you tow that backhoe???

How Big Is The Interior/Truck Actually?

Holy Mother of God -- is this chart correct? My CT will have 3500lbs payload capacity?

How many are buying CT that DONT actually NEED a truck?

Comparing the $50K CT dual-motor MSRP vs current ICE full-size (and some loaded mid-size) trucks = I will continue waiting until my reservation is filled...

If a full size AND mid size Cybertruck were available, what size would you order?

What's the projected rear legroom on the current/full CT? Right now, the midsize truck with the most rear legroom (crew cab) is the Gladiator

    Ok if GM/Ford go under?

Ford's loan advance wasn't part of the TARP bailout -- and they have about $1.5B left of debt to service (after starting around $6.9B way back in 2009)

    Actual Completion Day

Agree with the above posters -- CyberTruck + Semi should be the main focus of the Austin facility, especially since you can get a dual motor CT for less than the current Model Y SUV

30X stainless steel will be a challenge for insurers and body shops

Didn't Tesla announce something (Q2/2020 earnings call) about Tesla Insurance? I'd drop my Allstate coverage if the Tesla Insurance premium is close to what I give to Allstate now...

    Ok if GM/Ford go under?

Ford isn't going anywhere -- the one domestic car company that will survive. It's the only other car brand I would consider (picking from F-150, Ranger, Bronco, Bronco Sport, and Raptor) that can "hang" with Tesla. And, Ford owns the U.S. fleet sales... FCA (or whatever they're called now)...

To those who cruise around with the front plate affixed inside/on the dashboard -- is there ever any glare and is this legal (say in TX)?

    Full size spare tire

Jeep JK Wrangler owner here -- like the idea of the full spare being mounted on some type of heavy-duty, swing-out, rear-bumper-mounting design (like the Jeep picture above...)

How the Cybertruck will turn the Auto World Upside down

Being the finance-geek that I am, the RWD Cybertruck at USD$39,990 will be the cheapest way for us (Wifey and me) to get a Tesla -- plus I want a truck bed for those events to haul crap back and forth....even the AWD at USD$49,990 is extremely competitive and cheaper versus just any full-size...

    Make My Roof ALL Solar!

I would drop from an AWD down to a RWD (dollars saved) in order to acquire the all solar roof that gets 30 miles per day, sitting in the hot Houston sun....or probably just buy a 2nd Cybertruck = better
