Giga Texas - The 8th Wonder of the World

*not an engineer* but my understanding is that both types of structures involve steel for its sheer and tension value while certain portions are steel reinforced concrete, which has higher compression value and fire tolerance, so for areas with foundries and gantry cranes, etc. but its more...

Elon Reconfirms Production Cybertruck Will be Around 3% Smaller. Factory Delivery / Pick Up Will Be Available!

    But How...?

are you suggesting that the tonneau slides in front of the mid gate instead of into the midgate? way i understand it is that there's three options for the tracks: 1. into the mid-gate (as the CT prototype has it) if we get a mid-gate, the tracks must be integrated into the hinged mid gate...

    But How...?

its more about the number of moving parts in a system and their durability over time and use. Robo Taxi Thoughts?

Right, obviously different tech, but Im just pointing out that regulators seem ready to approve driverless cars on public roads as soon at the tech is ready. the fact that it's old news just adds validity to that point. Its not so much this 'at the speed of law' thing that we had all assumed. I...
