I charge my model s in the garage with an 80 amp hpwc, I also have a NEMA 14-50 in there. Both work great. NEMA outlets are much cheaper to install, but the Tesla hpwc ads some convenience as you won't have to pull out your mobile charger and if you get the longer cable it'll pretty much reach...
Even if it just counteracts the little phantom drain and/or helps with climate control in the cab, I am interested. I live in northern Minnesota, so I probably wouldn't get 15mi per day charge from it very often.

In the presentation Elon mentioned they kept it within the same dimensions as the F150 including weight. That really surprised me. This seems more appropriate, but also impressive with the range figures they expect to get.
I can fit my double size sleeping bag (about the same size as a full-size mattress for me and my wife. It's quiet and all night climate control. Only downside: the S isn't totally flat with the seats down, so I put pillows over the trunk area to even it out.
