Thanks for pointing this out.
I still think a small version of a CT would be very popular. I really dont want a vehicle as long as a 59 Caddy, but...
I still ordered one. I might be / would be so much happier with one about 3 feet shorter :))
It is a product which could be assembled everywhere in the world, just like Ford T was 100 years ago.
And the "plant near you" might well be developed by local enterprises who also are capable of body repairs.
At 72 now, in 3 years I expect the CT to be the only vehicle on the road that I can drive. Voice recognition, full self driving, autopilot.
Indestructible. That should make up for my tremor (can't use the touchscreens), and senility. Oh, and it is really long, but does that matter, as it is...
It is most unusual that Tesla TSLA stock is not volatile, it is hardly moving, slight downward trend.
OTOH Ford (F) is enjoying a little rise, since the CT reveal it would seem.
Or it may be that watchers are holding their collective breath in anticipation of The Tug of War 2.0.
According to...
Asked on Twitter whether he would be launching a smaller version, Musk replied that Tesla would "probably" do a mid-size Cybertruck, too.
"Long term, it probably makes sense to build a smaller Cybertruck too," Musk wrote in a Tweet.
So.
See my thread anticipating this. No one listened.

I think it would be interesting to spec a mini truck now, seeing the various reactions to what is almost a monster truck./
I am thinking: 4 seats, 4 ft bed, big wheels, slab-sided SS with no paint, but in lighter gauge.
Sits on MY skate, 2 stack battery packs...
Pre orders have surpassed Model 3 for the same period, in spite of Wall St armchairs saying it wont sell/its a dud.
And M3 was the biggest preorder quantity of any product in history.
It went down 5 or 6 $ as usual after a reveal, then it usually peaks soon after. Come Monday would be looking good.
Advice: Only invest what you can afford to lose.
I guess Youtube will be full of these soon....
My dear W pranged the Citroen yesterday. It has adjustable air suspension (version 3) from 2003.
So tempting, to wrap it in cardboard and duct tape to emulate a MC.
Anyone else have te urge?
